Are you open as we are in lockdown with COVID-19 (coronavirus)?
Yes, we are still sending out your orders and answering questions as normal. Orders are tracked once dispatched so you will always know where your order is.
I can't find the item I'm looking for but you sell other items from that brand. Will you help?
Absolutely. We don't list every item we have access to, there's thousands from each supplier. Drop us an email or use the Contact Us page to tell us what you're looking. We will let you know once we've spoken to the supplier. Check the brand page for what we have access to.
Do I need a PayPal account to order?
No! Our payments are processed securely via PayPal. When the PayPal screen loads up, it will give you the choice to use your PayPal account, or below that, by Credit/Debit card as a guest.
Where in the UK do you deliver to?
Across the UK, including Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands. We have a flat delivery rate of £3.99 or FREE for orders over £50. Simple and fair for everyone!
What is your returns policy?
You may request to return an item 14 days from receipt as long as it is in an unused condition. Always contact us first for a Returns Authorisation. Full details are in our T&C's. Statutory rights are not affected.
Do you deliver abroad?
If you want an item delivering outside the UK email firstname.lastname@example.org with the item(s) and the delivery address. We will get a quote for the delivery and if you want to proceed, we will raise a PayPal Invoice for you to make payment.
Do you accept telephone orders?
Under normal circumstances, no. However if you are having trouble ordering online for some reason we can help you and if necessary process your order over the phone securely. Please DO NOT email your payment details! We will never ask you to do this.
